2019 Toyota C-HR Limited
You've been asking for us to feature vehicles from Toyota for quite some time now, and we've booked our first vehicle from their press fleet. Our Spotlight is on the 2019 Toyota C-HR Limited FWD.
As we work our way through the ever-growing segment that is the subcompact crossover, we get to feature new vehicles for us like the 2019 Toyota C-HR XLE with Limited package. This vehicle is sold in canada as a front-wheel drive only model, and comes fully equipped. Our full tour and review of the C-HR goes in-depth with the exterior and interior design of this car, including the halogen headlights, power folding mirrors, windshield deicer, keyless entry, backup camera, and Toyota Safety Sense P, which includes adaptive cruise control with stop and go, forward collision warning, rear cross traffic alert, blind spot monitoring, lane departure alert, and pedestrian detection.
Inside we go over the black leather seats, black headliner, manual front seats with heat, power driver lumbar support, 8" Toyota infotainment system with EnTune Audio Plus, Scout Link GPS, Apple CarPlay, & SiriusXM Radio, dual-zone automatic climate control, and the 6 speaker audio system. We also discuss the rear seat space and lack of arm rest, heat vents in the centre, or heated seats.
We then take the 2.0L naturally aspirated inline-4 engine on a road test to talk about how it performs and handles on the road with the CVT and front wheel drive setup. We talk about seat comfort, power delivery, road feel, and even fuel economy during our driving segment.
